Anne

Anne has been a massage therapist since 2015. In those years she has become certified in the following techniques: deep tissue, Swedish, reflexology, cupping, sports and pre-natal. Anne loves helping patients get the results they need through a healing touch!

Helen

Helen is a certified Massage Therapist who completed her training at the Minnesota State Technical College in Wadena, MN. She's been a massage therapist since 2015 and specializes in pregnancy, hot stone, and Swedish massages. Her hobbies include biking, camping, and reading.

Cortney

Cortney has been a massage therapist since 2010 and has been with Belde Chiropractic since 2012. She prides herself in her ability to care and listen to the needs of others. Cortney believes in tailoring a massage towards the individual's needs to get the best results possible. She is married to her husband Justin and has three children.

Heather

Heather has an AAS degree in massage therapy. She uses several massage techniques including deep tissue and cupping. Heather ahs been a massage therapist at Belde Chiropractic since 2016. She applies a therapuetic and wellness focus to each patient. When she's not working, she enjoys spending time with her family, working out, and being outdoors.
